Monterey Airport – Located 208 miles from the skating rink, the drive to Sacramento is a beautiful one.

• Monterey is a beautiful place for a romantic get-away or to visit tourist shops, and the thing they are most noted for is the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
• Fresh fish is plentiful for breakfast, lunch or dinner should you choose to come through this town.
• I have never used this airport and did not even know that it existed.  I look forward to using it in the future if I can.
• I have no knowledge of the actual driving time (some of the drive is on two or four lane highways that twist and turn along the coast) but it is an exquisite area with much to see.
